The application will meet high sustainability standards through renewable energy, including a new combined cooling, heating and power system, energy efficiency and water saving measures including grey water recycling and on-site irrigation.
The scheme will result in the reduction of total carbon dioxide emissions by around 45% from renewable energy resources, compared to the minimum required by standard building regulations.
